Finally! Prinx Emmanuel To Feature at The Experience🙌🏽

Budding and hardworking Port Harcourt based singer, rapper and producer Prinx Emmanuel is set to feature at the prestigious continental Gospel music concert by House on the Rock, The Experience. He has been the darling of Naija gospel music youths and a key proponent of the Afro-soul version of gospel music and it only makes sense for the Earth's largest annual gospel event to feature him.

Prinx who has been well-known to the Port Harcourt branch of the Church, managing to get into National renown in the last 2 years, has not been fortunate enough to get a look-in by the Lagos branch until recently. Himself a member of the church down South-South in Rivers State for years, he has been very consistent, even holding his own city-pulling concert tagged Reverb.

Nigerians in both the secular and the church divide will not easily proceed from God No Go Shame Us, which Prinx released while we all sat at home observing the Covid-19 lockdown. And then, from his studios in 2022, he remixed Kumama Papa a song by Grace Lokwa from Central Africa in what became a major TikTok hit of 2022.

Lead Me Lord, by Minister Chee

Now, House on the Rock has announced via SMS to church members that there is an upcoming concert in the series named The African Praise Experience (TAPE) which will feature names like Dunsin Oyekan, Nathaniel Bassey, Frank Edwards, Moses Bliss, Kiki, Eno Michael, Prinx Emmanuel and others. Gospel music lovers know that TAPE is usually a precursor to The Experience which holds in December.

The Experience is the largest stage for live gospel music on earth, currently, with upwards of 600,000 worshipers gathering at the Tafawa Balewa square in Lagos for the all-nighter, once a year for more than a decade now. It is a major springboard for international visibility for local acts.

Congratulations in advance, Prinx Emmanuel.
